Katie Sprouls, PhD, NCSP

Dr. Katie Sprouls is the co-owner and co-founder of Eleutheria Special Education Services (Est. 2007), The Wellness Center (2011), PBIS Arizona (2011), Estrella Day School (2018), and most recently Eureka Wellness (2022). Katie is a certified school psychologist, professional development specialist, and yoga instructor.

Terri Chace, MS-CCCSLP

Terri Chace is the co-owner and co-founder of Eleutheria Special Education Services (Est. 2007), The Wellness Center (2011), PBIS Arizona (2011), Estrella Day School (2018), and most recently Eureka Wellness (2022). Terri is a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
