Studio Policies
Studio Community Etiquette
Sign up online for your classes to secure your spot.
For all classes, arrive 10 minutes early, if this is your first class arrive 15 minutes early.
All classes start on time late arrivals may not be admitted into class.
Please do not bring valuables to the studio. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
General Policies
All class passes, unlimited months and unlimited auto renew memberships, may not be shared, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Workshops and events are not included in our memberships or class passes; these have their own pricing. No packages can be extended for any reason.
Lost and Found:
All belongings left behind will be donated on the last day of each month. We cannot be responsible for the security and safety of items left behind or lost/stolen from the studio.
Reservations:
Reservations secure your spot in class! Our online schedule makes it easy to schedule and cancel your classes.
Cancellation policy: Late cancel/no show/late arrival penalty:
In consideration of participating in classes at The Wellness Center, you agree to our late cancel/no show policy. Credit cards are required on file to guarantee your booking. We have a 2-hour cancellation policy for our wall, aerial, and aerial fitness classes. A $15 per occurrence will be charged to your credit card on file. Cancellations can be made online, by calling the studio, or email.
Retail Return Policy:
The Wellness Center accepts returns or exchanges of clothing within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for return, clothing must have tags attached and be unused, unworn, and undamaged. Proof of purchase required.
The Wellness Center Membership Policy:
Our best deal! Our membership has a 6-month commitment and continues month to month until cancelled. This membership gives you unlimited classes on our regular schedule. Monthly payment is made the same day every month. Cancellation after the 6-month commitment has been satisfied must be emailed to info@thewellnesscenter.org we will not accept cancellations over the phone. Cancel requests must be received 14 days before your next scheduled payment due date.
Suspending Membership Policy:
You may suspend your membership after your first 6-month commitment has been satisfied. Suspensions must be in writing 14 days prior to your next scheduled payment to info@thewellnesscenter.org Suspensions are a whole month at a time. We do not suspend for less than 1 month at a time and no more than 2 months per year.
Class Passes, Monthly Unlimited (non-auto pay) Policy:
All class passes and monthly unlimited (non-auto pay) have an expiration date. These dates cannot be changed unless you have a medical issue that prevents your from taking any classes offered here at The Wellness Center. A note from your doctor must be received. We cannot back date a request for an extension of the expiration date.
Schedule Changes:
The Wellness Center reserves the right to cancel or change the date, teacher or time of any class, workshop, or event. We will do our best to notify participants in a timely manner if this occurs.
Workshops & Special Events:
All workshops and events need to be paid in full to schedule the event. All sales are final. If you are unable to make it to the event you may gift the event to another person or use the credit for another upcoming event. All changes need to be made in writing, no less than 72 hours before the event by emailing info@thewellnesscenter.org.
Reiki Appointments
Clients must have a valid credit card on file to book a Reiki session. We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. A $25 fee will be charged to your credit card on file if you don't cancel your appointment 12 hours before your scheduled time or if you do not show up. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time is also subject to a $25 fee for extra wait time.
