Class Descriptions
Aerial Yoga
Experience a unique blend of fundamental yoga postures and stretches enhanced by the aerial yoga hammock. Aerial yoga provides a comprehensive workout, alleviating tension in the spine and joints, building core and upper body strength, and enhancing flexibility and focus. This inclusive class welcomes all levels, making aerial yoga an accessible and enjoyable practice compared to traditional floor-based yoga. However, individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, vertigo, eye diseases (such as glaucoma), or those who are pregnant should consult their doctors before trying inversions.
Limited space available for this class. Pre-registration is mandatory, and a no-show fee will be charged if cancellation is not made at least 2 hours before the class start time.
Wall Yoga
Experience the Wall Yoga class where the Yoga Wall serves as the primary prop for all poses. Leveraging gravity as a natural resistance, the Yoga Wall enables a deeper opening of the body compared to traditional yoga practice. This extraordinary class utilizes the Yoga Wall to relieve joint tension and provide profound stretching for the entire muscular-skeletal body. Yoga Flow
Yoga Flow classes seamlessly blend breath and movement to form a vinyasa flow. These classes incorporate diverse posture sequences, backbends, and core isolation exercises, emphasizing safe movement, correct alignment, and the synchronization of breath with every motion. The Yoga Flow Ashtanga classes adhere to the Ashtanga series.
Slow Flow
Slow Flow offers a traditional Hatha yoga experience, harmonizing the body and mind with gentle poses, breath control, and mindfulness. Tailored for all levels, this practice underscores the vital connection between physical and mental well-being.
Yoga Flow to Restorative
Yoga Flow to Restore blends two popular classes, yoga flow, and restorative yoga. This 75-minute class begins with a traditional 45-minute Yoga Flow session and concludes with a luxurious 30 minutes of restorative yoga. Instructors may offer modifications to cater to each student's individual needs.
Restorative Yoga
This luxurious yoga class is conducted entirely on the mat, either in a seated position or laying down on the mat. The focus of this class is on deep stretching, breathing, meditation, and delightful stress reduction techniques and poses. Props are used to increase comfort while reaching new levels of deep relaxation during each class. Modifications may be provided by the instructor to meet individual needs.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga focuses on the profound connective tissues of the body, promoting the regulation of energy flow throughout. Characterized by passive postures, Yin yoga predominantly involves floor-based poses, providing a unique and restorative experience.
Yoga Barre
Yoga Barre is a fusion practice that incorporates elements of traditional yoga with the use of a barre for added support and balance. This dynamic class combines the fluidity of yoga movements with the strength and stability derived from barre exercises. Utilizing the barre and other props, participants engage in a series of poses and movements that enhance flexibility, build strength, and improve overall body alignment. The integration of the barre adds an extra dimension to the practice, creating a unique and invigorating experience that targets both yoga and barre principles.
Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy classes prioritize addressing the entire body, with a specific focus on common ailments or issues. The majority of postures are performed while seated or lying on the mat. The core principle of the class is the re-education of the nervous system for optimal functioning, ensuring accessibility for individuals without specific ailments. Participants don't need to have a particular ailment to derive benefits from the class. It serves as an inclusive opportunity for everyone to acquire knowledge and practices that contribute to the care and prevention of future pain or ailments.

Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a distinctive yoga style that creatively adapts traditional positions and poses using a yoga chair. Acting as an extension of the body, the chair replaces the yoga mat, providing enhanced support and stability. This approach allows students to safely warm up the body and execute yoga poses with added assistance.
