Yoga Classes & Teacher Training
The Wellness Center offers daily classes for students of all levels. Come enjoy a traditional Yoga Foundations, Yoga Flow, Restorative classes, or be adventurous with our Aerial Yoga and Wall Yoga classes. Yoga Teacher Training Cohorts occur annually click below for more information.

Estrella Day School
Estrella Day School is a Private Special Education School housed at The Wellness Center. EDS serves students ages 3-21 with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and other severe learning disorders. Additional programs provided at the school include Respite and Therapeutic Enrichment.
